The VillageHalloween Parade is a spectacle to see and shuts down most of lower Manhattanwith an excess of costumes and celebration. A costume is required to join inthe march and the public is welcome to participate. If a parade is not yourthing, there are incredible parties that New York City is host to every year.

Sleepy Hollow, New York

The month of October is when Sleepy Hallow wakes up. Thefamous location for Washington Irving’s Legend of Sleepy Hallow, Sleepy HallowHalloween takes over for the month of October. There are haunted hayrides, livemusic, street fairs and parades.

West Hollywood,California
